Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team as a Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner supporting Technology and Corporate Functions teams. This role is pivotal in partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams such as Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to drive organizational growth, change management, and transparency. Reporting to the VP, Employee Experience, you will influence culture and employee experience globally, navigating multiple time zones for collaboration. Your key responsibilities include enhancing employee experience programs, guiding workforce planning, supporting performance management and talent review processes, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. You will also manage your team to foster collaboration and growth while leveraging data and analytics to improve people processes. The role requires 12+ years of HR/business partner experience, including organizational composition, succession planning, performance oversight, compensation, recognition initiatives, and conflict resolution. You should have 5+ years of global people leadership experience, work effectively with executives and large-scale organizations, and be open to occasional travel. A Bachelor’s degree and strong change management skills with a servant leader approach are desirable. GoDaddy offers a flexible working environment which may be hybrid or fully remote, with occasional office visits.
