You will help shape a cohesive user journey that resonates with our merchants through your leadership and expertise in engineering management. The position requires you to have at least 5 years of experience in engineering management and 8 years of software development experience, particularly with the NodeJS ecosystem, React, and Typescript. Your responsibilities will include mentoring teams, evaluating architectural constructs, improving coding practices, partnering with product engineering teams, and developing scalable cloud-native solutions. You will also participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, manage production issues, drive roadmap planning, and ensure delivery efficiency. Your role is critical in shaping the future of the Merchant Experiences Team, and you will have the opportunity to mentor team members and influence the technology stack for the ecommerce platform at GoDaddy.
