Job requirements

  • 7+ years of HR business partner experience in technology or SaaS companies
  • Global organizational design and scaling experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with C-suite executives
  • Experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, talent management, and employee relations
  • Adaptable leadership style with change management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
