The Senior Manager will guide the development of Agentic AI—autonomous AI agents capable of perceiving, deciding, and acting to meet evolving customer needs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust end-to-end AI/ML pipelines that ensure reliable data ingestion, model training and deployment, and real-time application across global platforms. The role demands architecting scalable AI/ML systems that maintain consistent application performance, governance, and compliance across diverse regions and customer bases. Multi-functional collaboration is key, involving partnership with engineering, product, data science, and domain teams to translate vision into deliverable products while championing experimentation, measurement, and iterative development methodologies. The Senior Manager is also tasked with staying at the forefront of AI/ML and Agentic AI advancements, incorporating new technologies to sustain GoDaddy’s competitive edge. Mentorship and development of high-performing AI/ML teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence are integral to this role. Candidates must have at least 6 years of validated AI/ML leadership experience within agile technology or SaaS environments, with a proven track record in deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions globally. Expertise in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, multi-agent architectures, and full lifecycle AI/ML system integration—including data pipelines, model management, deployment, and monitoring—is essential, alongside experience in customer-facing domains using AI/ML to accelerate adoption or growth. Deep knowledge of ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms, as well as leadership and mentoring capabilities, are required. An advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is advantageous.
