GoDaddy is seeking an expert Senior Manager for AI/ML to define and drive a 2-3 year strategic roadmap for AI and Machine Learning, identifying and prioritizing AI/ML opportunities that enable domain on ramp and accelerate new customer acquisition. The role involves aligning technology roadmaps with business growth, evaluating market trends including Agentic AI and advanced ML techniques to integrate and scale innovative applications globally. The Senior Manager will lead end-to-end system integration ensuring reliable data ingestion, model training/deployment, and real-time application across platforms and geographies. The position requires architecting scalable AI/ML systems that comply with governance across diverse regions and customer bases. Collaboration with engineering, product, data science, and domain teams is key to transform vision into deliverable products, champion experimentation, measurement, and iteration. They must stay at the forefront of AI/ML and Agentic AI advancements, mentoring and developing high-performing AI/ML teams nurturing innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Candidates should have 5+ years of validated AI/ML leadership experience in an agile Technology/SaaS setting with global deployments, expertise in Agentic AI and autonomous systems, strong customer-facing domain knowledge, and deep proficiency with ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms. Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence are desirable.
