We are hiring a Senior Manager – Sales Operations & Growth Enablement to drive the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence and unlock scalable growth. Positioned as the growth enabler, this role is pivotal in ensuring that strategic plans translate effectively into execution that yields measurable results. It involves leading programs, optimizing processes, and instilling rigor into operations to enable the sales organization to grow efficiently and effectively. This is an in-office, full-time position located in Tempe, Arizona, requiring candidates to live within commuting distance. Key responsibilities include building and managing sales operating rhythms, workforce planning models, and performance dashboards that create revenue predictability and enhance customer experience. The role demands driving cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope, redesigning workflows and leveraging AI and CRM technologies to mitigate inefficiencies and improve conversion rates across various sales motions. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Care teams is essential to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution. Candidates should possess over five years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or program management within high-growth B2B or SaaS environments and demonstrate a proven ability to lead impactful cross-functional initiatives that enhance revenue or sales efficiency. Strong project management skills and exceptional communication and influence capabilities with senior stakeholders are vital. Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, and AI-driven tools is preferred.
