Join GoDaddy as an EMEA Payroll Analyst, a fixed-term contract role lasting 10 months, working remotely to manage payroll operations for multiple countries. You will analyze, prepare submissions, and reconcile data using automated systems to ensure accurate and timely payrolls with external vendors. The role includes reconciling financial, tax, and compliance data, developing end-to-end workflows and documentation, overseeing operational controls, audits, and regulatory reporting, and supporting equity processing for RSUs, stock options, and grants across EMEA and APAC payrolls. You will also manage service levels, reporting, and analytics to improve internal and external vendor processes, participate in testing policy, process, and system changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of payroll experience, including French and Spanish payroll processing, familiarity with external payroll vendors like ADP and TMF, and excellent communication skills in English, with French as a plus. You should be a proactive team player capable of independent decision-making, possess strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and be proficient in MS Office. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but experience is considered.
