As a Senior Product Manager on the Care Product Management team at GoDaddy, you will be responsible for executing the development and strategic roadmap for Care products, aligning with broader Digital Care objectives. Your role focuses on innovating customer interactions using AI technology to enhance engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, defining and refining product requirements, conceptualizing and testing new ideas for transformative customer experiences. You will formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments to optimize experience and outcomes, while providing clear direction and prioritization to the scrum team to ensure timely delivery. You will maintain a strong Agile mindset and partner with internal teams and stakeholders, communicating product features and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Additionally, you will stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and AI advancements to inform product direction.nnYour experience should include 5+ years as a Product Manager launching digital products or platform enablement, proven success managing customer-facing product roadmaps through hypothesis-driven development, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and strong analytical skills leveraging data and design thinking to solve problems.
