As a Senior Recruiter on GoDaddy’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our technical and corporate functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs, develop and execute recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, direct sourcing, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for hiring across multiple disciplines, proactively engaging with passive talent, and ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, industry networking, referrals, and other applicable strategies, to attract candidates. Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing data-driven insights, talent market intelligence, and guidance on hiring best practices. Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and personalized engagement. Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and hiring best practices to provide competitive insights and recommendations. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices, proactively identifying and mitigating bias to support GoDaddy’s initiatives. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement. Your experience should include… 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both technical and corporate roles. Proven ability to engage and hire passive talent through direct sourcing techniques. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends, with the ability to assess technical capabilities effectively. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across geographies to drive hiring strategies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging data to inform hiring decisions. Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
