This remote position based in India involves building customized applications, modules, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow to meet complex business needs. You will configure fields, forms, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and other ServiceNow objects while adhering to development standards. Your role includes connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs to enhance data exchange and platform performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, architects, and business units such as IT, HR, and Finance to align requirements, provide technical mentorship, and facilitate adoption of the platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues while optimizing performance, scalability, and stability through proactive maintenance. Maintain detailed technical documentation, apply version control, and uphold coding standards. The role requires 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with expertise in core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management. You should have hands-on experience developing custom ServiceNow solutions including prioritised applications, Angular/React components, and REST APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and scripting languages is essential, alongside experience integrating ServiceNow with GitHub Actions pipelines and version control through GitHub. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, ITIL/ITSM frameworks is required to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with organizational processes. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, performance optimization, high-quality standards, mentorship abilities, and capacity to manage multiple priorities independently. Bonus qualifications include knowledge of ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, AWS, and certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
