As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying digital agencies, freelancers, and developers globally to join GreenGeeks’ partner and reseller hosting programs. Your role involves high-volume outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualifying leads by assessing fit, need, and growth potential, and setting appointments and demos for Account Executives to advance prospects in the sales funnel. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies, and maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within the CRM. Your position is crucial as the initial contact for many prospects, requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and resilience. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably with knowledge of the web hosting, SaaS, or digital agency sectors. The role is remote-first and demands an independent, motivated, and coachable approach.
