GreenGeeks, a leading eco-friendly web hosting provider, is looking for a Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator and content partnerships that expand brand reach, boost awareness, and grow revenue. The role involves building and managing relationships with influencers, creators, and niche thought leaders across platforms such as YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, podcasts, and blogs. The specialist will handle outreach, negotiation, campaign management, and KPI tracking, working closely with marketing, affiliate, and community teams and reporting to the Head of Marketing. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting influencers, building outreach lists, initiating contact, managing inbound applications, negotiating partnership deals (affiliate-only, flat-fee, hybrid models, content-for-promotion trades), maintaining and growing partner relationships, organizing influencer campaigns with timelines and deliverables, tracking metrics like reach, engagement, leads generated, and affiliate performance, collaborating with content and social teams, and finding new partnership opportunities with affiliates, PR, SEO, and community teams. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields, strong outreach and communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and close collaborations, familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Upfluence or BuzzStream, organizational and data-driven mindset for performance tracking, passion for digital marketing and sustainability, and bonus points for familiarity with web hosting, WordPress, or developer communities.
