The Product Operations Manager serves as the operational right-hand to the Chief Product Officer, driving focus, alignment, and execution across group.one’s global product organisation. This role ensures the CPO’s vision and priorities translate into measurable outcomes by orchestrating execution, enabling scale, and fostering clarity at every level of the product portfolio. Acting as an operator, this role brings structure and rigour to setting priorities, governing execution, and delivering impact across brands, platforms, and regions. As an operational partner to the CPO and product leadership team, you act as a leadership multiplier, strengthening cross-functional alignment and ensuring the product organisation delivers with speed, quality and impact. You serve as the CPO’s strategic operating partner, enabling focus through structured planning, proactive risk management and streamlined decision-making. You continuously optimise ways of working, driving efficiency and enabling teams to focus on customer innovation. You define key success metrics, monitor progress and synthesise insights that inform executive decisions. You create frameworks and guidelines for consistent execution at scale across product lines and geographies. You create reports (quarterly business reviews, portfolio governance, executive dashboards) to ensure clarity, accountability and speed. Requirements: 10+ years experience in program or product operations management with proven leadership of complex, large projects across multiple teams. Expertise in building and scaling frameworks for quarterly planning, portfolio tracking, and cross-functional alignment. Success driving organizational change including acquisitions, integrations, and global rollouts. Ability to identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies in fast-moving environments. Proven success in cross-functional teamwork aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. Strong structured communication skills to create clarity for leadership and navigate alignment. Experience ensuring operational readiness for major product launches with playbooks and repeatable models.
