Full Stack Developer

Herold, part of group.one, focuses on online media and marketing services aiming to strengthen the online presence of small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work within a development team of 20 and collaborate with colleagues from different offices. Your responsibilities include maintaining, developing, and enhancing internal web applications, designing and improving user interfaces, monitoring application operations, and creating technical documentation. You will conceptualize, develop, and optimize software systems and participate in planning interfaces, databases, microservices, and user interfaces using current technologies and frameworks. You will onboard new software projects and conceptualize software solutions based on tasks, programming backend and frontend solutions, planning and managing resources to meet sprint and project goals. Your role includes analyzing and resolving software errors, performing quality assurance of code and functionalities, contributing to monitoring infrastructure for better application oversight, conducting code reviews, and coordinating code refactoring with your supervisor. The ideal candidate holds a university degree (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent IT training, with extensive experience in JavaScript, Vue.js, React, PHP, Symfony, Laravel, HTML, CSS, RESTful API development, database systems, version control, unit testing, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and Scrum teams.
