Hostinger, a fast-growing company with over 900 professionals serving 3 million clients worldwide, is seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their Affiliate team and lead affiliate acquisition and management for Hostinger Horizons, their AI, no-code web app builder product. The role involves creating and implementing affiliate acquisition strategies targeting aligned audiences, prospecting and recruiting new affiliate partners across various markets, managing the full affiliate onboarding process including product updates and resolving tracking issues, handling outreach campaigns, negotiating partnership deals and commission structures, building and maintaining strong affiliate relationships, monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance data for growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams on creatives, promotions, CRO, and tailored campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, preferably with product marketing experience and familiarity with OKR planning frameworks. Proven success in acquiring and scaling affiliate partners, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with marketing digital tools like Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax, and affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, Impact, and Partnerize are key. This role demands an analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
