SpringWater, a sister company of Hostinger, is seeking a Community Growth & Online Reputation Manager to lead brand presence in user-driven spaces online, including Reddit, Quora, Trustpilot, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and niche forums. The successful candidate will own the organic social growth strategy and performance, defining channel selection, positioning, KPIs, and priorities. Responsibilities include managing Reddit accounts and subreddit participation, engaging in discussions, running AMAs, and building visibility and authority. The role involves monitoring brand sentiment and responding strategically to discussions and reviews, working closely with SEO, Content, and Customer Success teams to align brand positioning and review acquisition initiatives. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in community-driven marketing, online reputation management, or organic growth, with deep knowledge of social platforms and review sites.
