Join Hostinger as an Engineering Manager for our Website Builder team, located in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical development lifecycle for our website builder, from architecture and design through deployment and ongoing operation. You will collaborate with product managers and tech leads to ensure timely delivery of features that balance innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining product stability and performance, addressing technical challenges, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and a passion for emerging technologies. Candidates should have a proven track record in system architecture design, expertise in JavaScript and at least one modern JS framework (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js), experience with app state management tools like Redux or NgRx, and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Git, and testing practices.
