The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and scaling the company’s affiliate and partner marketing program. The role includes managing all paid and organic acquisition channels such as PPC, SEO, content, social, email, and influencer marketing. The candidate will plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure strong ROI and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and go-to-market priorities. A key responsibility is to build a data-driven performance culture by defining metrics, running experiments, and optimizing continuously. Leadership duties include mentoring and leading the marketing team to foster ownership, creativity, and growth, and representing the marketing voice in company strategy discussions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 5+ years of experience in scaling digital marketing in a SaaS startup or B2B tech environment, with a strong track record in affiliate/partner marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax, and affiliate platforms like TUNE, CJ, and PartnerStack is required. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation, and analytics is necessary. The role demands an analytical mindset comfortable with data, excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. Experience in building or leading small marketing teams is a plus.
