As a Marketing Project Manager in Hostinger’s Websites team, you will play a pivotal role in managing various website projects aimed at improving functionality and enhancing user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialists, User Experience (UX) designers, developers, data analysts, and marketing channel owners. Your primary responsibilities will include managing website-related projects, optimizing sales funnels, monitoring website performance, and conducting market research to uncover business opportunities. In addition, you will work together with design, development, copy, and data teams to streamline the user journey and improve the overall user experience. We expect you to have a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing website initiatives, strong project management skills, knowledge of digital marketing principles, and familiarity with tools such as Jira and Google Analytics are essential. Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing website initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, particularly in sales funnel and user experience optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRO techniques is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Google Analytics, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau).
  • Data-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
