As an Office Administrator, your role will be to welcome guests, handle deliveries, organize business trips and events, and ensure smooth office operations. You’ll be the primary contact for office-related inquiries and a key ambassador of Hostinger’s principles, creating an inspiring work environment. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing parcels and supplies, ensuring invoicing and payments are timely, and leading in-house or off-site activities such as conferences and celebrations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with at least one year of administrative experience, preferably in an international setting. Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Lithuanian are essential, along with the ability to work full-time on-site.
