Affiliate Manager, MENA market

As an Affiliate Manager at Hostinger for the MENA market, you will lead the expansion and optimization of our affiliate program specifically targeting the Middle East and North Africa. Your key responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and onboarding new affiliate partners primarily in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. You will nurture relationships with key affiliates to drive sustainable growth and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for better conversion and ROI. Collaborating with internal teams such as performance marketing, localization, and growth teams, you will ensure market-aligned strategies and research new growth channels and affiliate opportunities. Additionally, you will integrate automation and AI tools into daily operations to enhance productivity. The position requires deep knowledge of the MENA digital marketing landscape, including familiarity with local affiliates like major news, technology websites, coupon sites, and digital communities. You must have at least 3 years of affiliate marketing or partnership experience, proven success in developing and managing affiliate relationships, strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, and proficiency in automation and AI tools. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
