The role is within the affiliate marketing team and focuses on growing the VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channel through strategic planning, negotiation, and management of partnership terms. You will explore new business opportunities and emerging technologies, build strong, long-term partnerships driving sustainable growth, and contribute to OKRs by bringing data-driven ideas and creative solutions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing and VPS squads to align strategy and turn growth ideas into impactful initiatives. Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI to enhance campaign efficiency and partner results. The role leverages analytics and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, n8n, and Amplitude to research markets, automate workflows, generate insights, and optimize performance. Candidates need 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech, with a growth-focused mindset and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and ability to work with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot) is essential. Setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks to measure impact and performance is part of the role. Fluency in English (C1+) is required, additional languages are a plus.
