In this role, you will own the core builder experience, focusing on user workflows, features, and capabilities to transform ideas into real applications. Collaborate with engineers, designers, AI specialists, and cross-functional teams to solve product problems and improve user experience. Responsibilities include owning the builder workflow from ideation to launch, identifying usability challenges, translating user needs into product requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, conducting user research and data analysis, continuously improving product speed and reliability, and monitoring customer feedback. Stay updated with AI, developer tooling, and no-code trends to keep Horizons innovative. Candidates should have strong product thinking, user empathy, a proven track record in product delivery, data-driven decision-making skills, ability to simplify complex problems, prioritization skills, and strong collaboration and communication. Experience in products enabling creation tools and technical knowledge of AI/software/web technologies are a plus.
