Job Description

Hostinger is a rapidly growing web hosting company with over 3 million clients worldwide. The Website Builder product helps users create websites and online stores effortlessly, focusing strongly on eCommerce. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, create innovative solutions, conduct user research, and iterate designs based on feedback and data. You will stay updated with design trends, actively participate in improving design systems and processes, and take full ownership of your work. Requirements include 2+ years of experience in consumer-focused tech product design, excellent communication, user research skills, knowledge of design tools and systems, creativity, and an impressive portfolio. Understanding analytics tools such as Amplitude and HotJar is also expected. The role allows working in Hostinger’s offices in Vilnius or Kaunas with hybrid flexibility and remote work up to 6 months.
