The Product Manager – Horizons Growth role focuses on scaling Hostinger Horizons, an AI-powered no-code product enabling anyone to build websites and web apps without coding, already generating 7-figure monthly revenue with double-digit growth. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across the product funnel, owning growth metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, and monetization, designing and running experiments to improve product experience, translating product strategy into requirements backed by data, scoping and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and customer insights, defining and monitoring KPIs and dashboards, conducting user research and data analysis, partnering with marketing and customer success teams, monitoring AI/no-code/SaaS trends, and continuously optimizing the product through experimentation and iteration. The ideal candidate has proven success in driving product growth through data-driven decisions and experimentation, experience managing full product lifecycles in fast environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and excellent communication skills in English.
