As a Product Manager in the Customer Experience team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering improvements to hPanel, Hostinger’s self-service portal, impacting the full user journey from onboarding to cross-sell and renewals. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, and other product teams to define priorities, run experiments, and deliver outcomes. Your day-to-day includes identifying and prioritizing product opportunities in hPanel across onboarding, account management, cross-sell, and renewals; defining problems, requirements, and success metrics based on customer impact and business value; analyzing product and business data independently and in collaboration with the analytics team; planning and running experiments (A/B tests), evaluating results, and deciding next steps; owning and maintaining the roadmap for your product area balancing short-term impact and long-term improvements; collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions; and communicating progress, results, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. Your skills and experience should include at least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager on user-facing digital products (web/frontend-heavy), ability to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery, hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development), strong data fluency, solid business acumen, experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, and clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
