As a risk manager at Hostinger, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our online operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats. You will be responsible for promoting a risk-aware culture, conducting regular risk assessments, and developing strategies to minimize risks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include championing and communicating a risk awareness culture across Hostinger, conducting regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential threats, and developing and delivering risk management training programs for Hostinger employees. You’ll monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), manage incident response processes, identify risk sources, follow up on corrective actions, and create risk mitigation plans. Additionally, you will analyze and manage existing risks and incidents, contributing to the development and implementation of Hostinger’s overall risk management strategy. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on risk management role, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with SQL and risk modeling is a plus.
