As an SEO Specialist (Off-site) at Hostinger, you will play a key role in enhancing our organic visibility by executing and optimizing outreach and link-building strategies. You will build and maintain relationships with targeted media outlets, niche bloggers, and industry publishers to secure high-quality backlinks that improve our search performance, domain authority, and brand presence worldwide. Your responsibilities include managing external SEO agencies to ensure alignment with Hostinger’s goals and quality standards, monitoring the impact of link-building efforts on keyword rankings and organic traffic, and continuously testing and iterating new outreach tactics to scale beyond traditional methods. You will identify and resolve bottlenecks in outreach workflows, automate repetitive tasks such as prospecting and follow-ups, and align outreach efforts with SEO team objectives and company-wide OKRs. Collaboration with Digital PR, Content, and Brand teams is essential to integrate link-building into broader marketing initiatives, boosting online visibility. Candidates should have over two years of SEO experience focused on outreach and relationship-building, be technically savvy with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, and possess excellent English communication skills. Strong negotiation, multitasking, independence, creativity, and a collaborative spirit are required to push boundaries and explore innovative outreach opportunities.
