The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in on-site SEO, proven content strategy success, mastery of on-site and semantic SEO, expertise with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, a solid understanding of off-site and technical SEO, a creative and analytical mindset, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
