As a Senior On-site SEO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in launching Hostinger Horizons, an all-in-one AI partner for creating websites and web apps. Your responsibilities include owning on-site SEO efforts across product verticals and locales, managing performance tracking and optimization continuously and ad-hoc. You will identify scalable SEO opportunities through data insights, competitor benchmarking, and organic trends and optimize landing pages to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions across various search intents. Conduct keyword research for content expansion, develop strategic approaches to AI-generated content ensuring alignment with SEO goals and quality standards, and stay updated with search engine algorithms and SEO best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Localization, Websites, CRO, Off-site SEO, Product, and Technical SEO Lead to deliver unified impactful initiatives. You need proven on-site SEO experience with a strong track record in organic growth for high-traffic websites, analytical skills to extract insights from data and measure performance, experience working at scale optimizing large landing pages, expertise in keyword research and search intent mapping, understanding of full-funnel SEO approaches including technical and off-site factors, and proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and rank trackers. You should be growth-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
