As a Senior QA Engineer in the Email Team at Hostinger, you will take on a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our email products. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated tests, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with developers to ensure optimal product functionality. You will set the quality standards for the products, improve development processes, advocate for quality, and ensure proper monitoring and alerting are established. You will perform both functional and non-functional testing for various Hostinger products and coach team members on effective testing practices. Your role also involves creating and maintaining automation tests for new and existing features, identifying system malfunctions, and executing exploratory sessions with the team. With over 4 years of experience in software QA engineering, familiarity with web testing, and excellent communication skills, you will enhance our team’s productivity and efficiency while helping to deliver exceptional products to our users. Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software QA engineer.
  • Experience in web testing and basic programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience in UI automation tools.
  • API manual testing and automation experience.
  • Database knowledge (MySQL or similar).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
  • Team player with good decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
