Knowledge of financial or billing processes is an advantage, along with skills in creating technical documentation and workflow visualization. English proficiency at B2+ level is required. The tech stack includes Chargebee for billing, Confluence and Swagger for documentation, JIRA for issue tracking, and Kubernetes on GCP infrastructure.
