This role involves offering expert technical support for Hostingers products through live chat and ticket systems, simplifying complex technical issues for customers of varying expertise, and contributing to projects that improve customer experience. You will also help enhance the AI-powered Kodee Assistant to provide smarter customer support. Responsibilities include keeping up to date with product updates and web hosting technologies and proactively improving team and department processes. The role requires rotation-based shifts including mornings, days, nights, and some weekends. Training on Hostinger culture, products, and CS operations is provided. You must have a workspace with reliable high-speed internet for remote work. The job requires fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 or native), experience in tech or SaaS customer support preferably via live chat, excellent communication skills, and understanding of web hosting concepts such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, content management platforms like WordPress, hosting control panels like hPanel or cPanel, email and domain management, and experience with AI systems is a plus. Compensation starts from 8.50 to 10.50 EUR per hour based on skills and experience.
