We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who’s excited to try new things when it comes to Email, SMS and WhatsApp. You will play a key role in driving user activation, retention, and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll ideate, execute, test and refine multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. You’ll be responsible for the whole process from user segmentation to personalized messaging to experimentation. Yes, email will be in the mix, but we have big plans for SMS, WhatsApp and in-product notifications.

You’ll be part of a team of 5, working closely with product teams and making a real change in how we work in 2026.

Your day-to-day:
• Multi-channel communications: Own and optimize messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, email and in-product notifications to ensure each channel feels personal.

• Lifecycle campaigns: Set up and manage lifecycle campaigns, including the copy, visuals, localization and target audiences.

• Test & learn: Analyze existing communications, conduct A/B tests, spot bugs, and continuously improve active campaigns to ensure their best performance.

• Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product, revenue, and marketing teams to align lifecycle communications with business goals.

• Customer journeys: Map out journeys that make sense – move customers naturally from their first purchase to renewal with well-timed nudges and relevant messaging.

Your skills and experience:
• 2+ years in lifecycle or email marketing – particularly with email, SMS, and bonus points for WhatsApp, content cards.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and making swift, data-backed decisions

• Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot and similar

• High sense of ownership and accountability, capable of driving projects from concept to completion

• Strong English copywriting skills, experience with sakes copywriting

• Data guides your strategies but you always keep the customer experience front and center in your mind

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
