The Technical Support Specialist role is remote and based in South-East Asia, requiring availability during night hours and rotation for weekends. Responsibilities include providing expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshooting technical challenges, simplifying complex technical issues into actionable steps for customers, contributing to team projects to enhance customer experience, improving AI-powered support systems, and staying updated on product developments. Candidates must be fluent in English, experienced in tech or SaaS customer support, and knowledgeable about web hosting fundamentals such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, performance optimization, experience with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress), hosting control panels (e.g., hPanel, cPanel), email services, domain management systems, and AI system contributions.
