Product designer | WebPro team Join Hostinger, and we’ll grow fast! We’re shaping the future of online success – powered by AI and driven by people. With 900+ talented professionals and over 4 million clients in 150 countries, we help creators and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life faster and easier than ever before.

Our mission: To provide tools that help individuals and small businesses succeed online faster and easier.

Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles Our formula for success: Customer obsession, innovative products, and talented teams.

Your role at Hostinger Agencies and freelancers have different needs than solo creators- and most hosting tools are built for the latter. The WebPro team exists to fix that.

You’ll be designing for professionals who manage multiple clients, juggle permissions, collaborate with teams, and look for ways to grow their business. That means complex workflows, high expectations for efficiency, and users who will notice every unnecessary click. On top of that, you’ll work on the referral experience- how pros bring clients onto Hostinger and get rewarded for it. It’s a surface that sits at the intersection of UX, trust, and business model. This is power-user design. The people using these tools know what they want – your job is to give it to them without getting in the way.

Your day-to-day

skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.

  • Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)- you let data inform decisions without being paralysed by it.
  • A portfolio showing real product work- process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.
  • Bonus: experience designing for B2B tools, dashboards, or professional workflows with advanced permission/role structures.
  • Compensation Gross salary: 4500 – 6500 EUR/month depending on experience. Get ready to take your personal and professional growth to new heights! Join Hostinger today and be part of our journey Three. Two. Onboard

    Benefits

    • Design multi-client management tools: client accounts, permissions, team collaboration, and billing structures.
    • Own the referral and partner experience- how agencies bring clients in and track their rewards.
    • Map and simplify complex workflows without losing the depth that pro users need.
    • Use AI tools to prototype faster and explore more directions before committing to a solution.
    • Talk directly to agencies and freelancers- user research here is non-negotiable, you can’t design for pros without spending time with them.
    • Collaborate with engineers on technically complex features where design and implementation decisions are tightly coupled.

    Job requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products.
    • Generalist mindset- you’re comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.
    • You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that’s speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.
    • Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics- enough to prototype in browser and collaborate closely with engineers.
