In this role, you will provide expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets that exceed customer expectations. Your ability to simplify technical issues into actionable steps will enable customers of all expertise levels to follow along and succeed. You’ll contribute to different teams to enhance the customer experience, keep updated on product features, and proactively identify improvements. This is a remote position requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to work in a rotation-based schedule that includes weekends. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and French, have customer support experience in tech or SaaS environments, and possess exceptional communication skills. A strong understanding of web hosting fundamentals and proficiency with various technology platforms will be advantageous.
