As VPS Growth & Partnerships Manager within the affiliate marketing team, you will drive the growth of the VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channel through strategic planning and negotiation. Collaborate closely with the affiliates team, head of VPS marketing, and VPS marketing squad to build strong, long-term partnerships and explore new business opportunities and technologies. Your work includes contributing to OKRs with data-driven ideas, aligning cross-functional strategies, and tracking key metrics like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI to optimize campaign efficiency. Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, n8n, and Amplitude for market research, workflow automation, insight generation, and performance optimization. The role requires 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments, with strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You should understand VPS hosting technologies, be confident with analytics and CRM tools, and experienced with KPI and OKR frameworks. Fluency in English (C1+) is required, additional languages are a plus.
