You will shape VPS product growth and strategy by collaborating with the affiliates team, VPS marketing squads, and heads of departments. Responsibilities include driving VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channel growth through strategic planning, negotiating and managing partnership terms, exploring new business opportunities and technologies, building strong and sustainable long-term partnerships, contributing to OKRs with data-driven ideas, and working cross-functionally to align strategy and convert growth ideas into impactful initiatives. You will also track and analyze key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI to improve campaign efficiency and partner results. The role leverages analytics and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, n8n, and Amplitude to optimize performance. Requirements include 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech; analytical and proactive mindset; excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies; confidence with analytics and CRM tools; experience with KPI and OKR frameworks; and fluency in English (C1+).
