PPC Team Lead

You will own and evolve PPC strategies primarily across Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing Managers, Country Managers, and other teams to align campaigns with business goals. Monitor and analyze performance data, converting insights into actionable improvements. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and N8N to enhance efficiency and uncover growth opportunities. Maintain high standards ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and ROI. Requirements include 3+ years in performance or growth marketing with 2+ years leadership experience, deep PPC channel knowledge, strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, proficiency in AI and automation tools, and excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
