Kinsta, a leading managed WordPress hosting provider, is seeking a Head of Sales for EMEA & APAC to drive new business revenue and lead a team of Account Executives. This role involves day-to-day pipeline and forecast ownership, performance management, and strategic leadership to foster a high-performance sales culture. Responsibilities include leading the Account Executive team, ensuring timely management of inbound/outbound leads, supporting team selling for larger deals, and fostering collaboration across regions. The role requires coaching team members through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance management including performance improvement plans and compensation recommendations. The Head of Sales will own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health, lead pipeline review meetings, monitor key sales metrics, and drive corrective actions to prevent revenue leakage. Collaboration with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer teams is essential to enhance conversion rates and revenue efficiency. Candidates must have 3+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams, 5+ years in B2B tech/SaaS sales, and experience with international/remote teams in EMEA/APAC. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and communication skills in English are required, as is proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
