Kinsta, a leading managed WordPress hosting company with over 120,000 clients, invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension. The successful candidate will independently oversee, coordinate, and execute full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes. Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, advising on selection processes, sourcing and engaging candidates via multiple channels, conducting interviews, coordinating feedback, managing offers, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Lever). The role requires excellent organization, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proactive approach suited for a remote-first environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, preferably recruiting for technical or go-to-market roles, with near-native English proficiency. Bonus qualifications include experience with SaaS companies, international teams, agency recruiting, and hands-on Lever ATS experience.
