As an Internal Communications Specialist for Customer Support at Namecheap, you will be an integral part of a matrixed team responsible for enhancing communication strategies across various platforms. This role requires fluency in both English and Ukrainian, as you will be tasked with creating content that engages and informs colleagues within the Customer Support team, comprising over 1500 teammates spread across Ukraine and India. Your responsibilities will include writing engaging content, refining communication processes, and executing strategies that align with the company’s core values and objectives. You will collaborate closely with both Internal Communications and CS People Partners to ensure a consistent flow of information and to foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement. You will need to be tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly, and show a strong understanding of creative communications and event organization.
