As the Technical Lead in Platform Engineering Team at Namecheap, you will drive the design and delivery of system-level tools and software that power our internal teams. Your focus will be to provide practical, scalable solutions that empower development teams to move faster and more efficiently. This hands-on leadership role blends technical expertise with strategic direction, shaping our platform’s architecture to meet current and future business goals. You’ll be working primarily in the JavaScript ecosystem, but also supporting tools built with .NET, Python, and PHP. A key example of our work is the Isomorphic Layout Composer, an enterprise-grade micro front-ends framework: ILC on GitHub. You’ll have the opportunity to lead technical architecture, guide the technology roadmap, and mentor a high-performing team. Your role will include project leadership, stakeholder communication, hands-on development, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
