As a UX and Digital Marketing Copywriter for Namecheap and our associated brand, Spaceship, you will be an all-rounder, collaborating with teams on projects, and ensuring a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and customer engagement. You will write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy, including website copy, promotional materials, blogs, and emails. You will be a technically proficient content specialist with an understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools, capable of adapting content to suit diverse audiences and technical contexts. Knowledge of hosting products is preferred. This role is 100% remote as long as you’re in the EET or Central Europe time zone +/- 2 hours. The interview process consists of 4 stages: a 45-minute HR conversation, a 1-hour Values/Technical discussion, a short home exercise, and a 1-hour final interview. You will report to Colleen Branch, the Copy Lead, and work closely with a team of 9 people including senior copywriters and digital copywriters. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered content that aligns with product user journeys, collaborating with UX/UI designers, and crafting engaging digital marketing copy for various platforms. You will also need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and proficiency in editing and proofreading content for usability and SEO.
