As Growth Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you will own the entire customer lifecycle post-acquisition, driving retention and growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive retention strategies by analyzing customer behavior data to identify churn risk factors and upsell opportunities. You will create customer segmentation strategies for targeted retention campaigns and design multi-channel upsell campaigns for hosting upgrades, premium features, and add-on services. This involves identifying cross-selling opportunities across the product line and collaborating with product teams to develop upsell offerings and compelling upgrade paths aligned with customer growth trajectories. Campaign development and execution require launching multi-channel upsell and retention campaigns across email, in-app, phone, advertising platforms, and social media, developing renewal reminder sequences and win-back campaigns, A/B testing messaging, timing, and offers to optimize campaign performance, and creating personalized customer journey flows. You will monitor key retention metrics, conduct cohort analysis to understand retention trends, implement feedback loops for continuous improvement, and report campaign ROI to leadership. The role expects 3-5 years experience in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, proficiency in web analytics, strong analytical skills, and prefer experience in SaaS or subscription-based industries. You must be adept at managing multiple campaigns and have excellent communication skills.
