The Office Manager role at SiteGround involves managing daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace including communication with suppliers, vendors, partners, and visitors to foster a welcoming office environment. Administrative support includes assisting employees with varied administrative inquiries and tasks, managing additional employee benefits such as social, health, travel insurance, company gifts, and corporate gifts, and overseeing cash operations in line with accounting procedures including preparing documents for cash flow. The role also requires arranging all aspects of business travel domestically and internationally with a focus on high-quality standards and logistical efficiency. Event planning responsibilities include participating in the organization of employee-related initiatives, company events, meetups, and mini conferences at the Plovdiv office. The position demands fluent English (B2/C1), at least 2 years of experience in Office Management or similar roles, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field, experience organizing business trips, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, precision and accuracy, a proactive and positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. The position is on-site in Plovdiv with occasional work-from-home options.
