SiteGround is seeking a Product Owner responsible for the core service platform including web hosting and Email Marketing interfaces. The role involves managing projects for new product launches and enhancements on web systems used by customers and employees. You will conduct competitor research, define business logic and objectives for development, prepare project documentation such as user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces. Coordination with developers, designers, QA, marketing, billing, server admins, and external partners is key to successful project implementation. Additionally, you will assist in marketing campaigns and informational campaigns related to service changes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, understands gathering and processing software requirements, is familiar with JIRA and agile methodologies, possesses excellent communication skills to bridge development and domain teams, has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and is fluent in English.
