Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, SiteGround is looking for a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor/ Attorney-at-Law to join their team in Sofia. The role involves advising and leading on a wide array of legal matters related to the company’s daily operations and strategic initiatives with a focus on EU/UK and global issues. Responsibilities include structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with service providers and partners, preparing legal documents such as statements, minutes, reports, terms of service, policies, and procedures. The advisor will monitor compliance with statutory obligations, advise management accordingly, and identify, assess, manage, and report risks to the business, providing appropriate legal solutions to mitigate those risks. The position requires a Master’s Degree in Law, a minimum of 5 years experience in civil and corporate law, excellent knowledge of Bulgarian civil and commercial law, and outstanding command of English with strong legal drafting, communication, negotiation, analytical, writing, organizational, and time management skills.
