Join our dynamic design team as a Front-End Developer! We’re looking for a creative individual with expert-level CSS skills, strong HTML knowledge, and solid vanilla JavaScript proficiency to build visually stunning, highly responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. If you love turning designs into pixel-perfect reality and thrive on using modern web technologies, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable HTML and CSS using techniques like Flexbox, Grid, animations, and accessibility best practices to create high-quality, cross-browser-compatible web pages. You will implement pixel-perfect layouts based on Figma designs while ensuring optimization and usability. Develop fluid, adaptable layouts that work seamlessly across devices, fine-tuning CSS breakpoints and adaptive components for a smooth user experience. Code responsive, visually appealing HTML emails optimized for major email clients following best practices. Implement interactive elements such as sliders, modals, and accordions using vanilla JavaScript, optimizing functionality without unnecessary frameworks. Customize WordPress themes and templates, ensuring seamless integration with Elementor and custom styling, understanding WordPress structure, child themes, and basic PHP modifications to enhance functionality and performance. Collaborate closely with designers to translate Figma mockups into functional, high-quality code, ensuring design accuracy and usability. Stay updated on CSS advancements, HTML best practices, and web accessibility to maintain high-quality, scalable code while working collaboratively with designers and developers to ensure a smooth workflow maintaining performance and efficiency. The role requires 3+ years of experience in front-end development, expert-level CSS skills including Flexbox, Grid, transitions, and animations, strong proficiency in HTML, mobile-responsive design, and accessibility standards, mid-level experience with vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), good working knowledge of Figma, strong understanding of WordPress structure, theme customization, Elementor, and solid experience with Git for version control. Knowledge of PHP frameworks like Zend or Symfony to work on web applications and integrations beyond front-end development is also required. Desired skills include familiarity with Docker or containerization tools, experience with performance optimization tools like Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights, basic design asset creation using Photoshop or Figma, understanding of UX principles, previous experience with multilingual or accessibility-focused websites, and familiarity with Elementor alternatives such as Bricks, Oxygen, or WPBakery.
